A Building of the Future
On May 15th, 2011 patients moved into the new Mills Peninsula Medical Center. The project, which began in 1994, set a new standard for modern healthcare facilities. Combining the ambiance of a five star hotel with award winning seismic systems and state of the art medical technology, Mills has received dozens of awards. It was even recognized as a “Landmark Structure” by the Structural Engineers Association of California in 2010.
Intended to provide a snapshot of this monumental project, this website is dedicated to the thousands of people that helped make project a reality.
